As a PM, I find Viedoc easily allows me to track CRA/Monitor site visits, review and sign visit reports, keep track of individual site and aggregate study subject enrollment, as well as the status of data entry for each subject at each site. The laboratory uploads are invaluable in helping identify and resolve issues along the "supplier" line from subject to laboratory to the Viedoc database. Viedoc is easy to navigate, helps to monitor very effectively with the reports in the same system. Viedoc is an extremely user friendly system. Even sites with minimal electronic data capture experience are able to use the system easily. The prototype database enables the CRA to trouble shoot issues with the site study staff and provide them solutions in a timely way. Viedoc is an easy to use, well-organized and fast web-based eCRF system that I would recommend to all. It is extremely malleable, and almost anything is possible. There are many ways in which it can increase the quality of your data, e.g. by using IWRS, remote monitoring, standard checks and reminders, lab data uploads, data reduction/calculations and alerts/info sent by email, text and/or web to any user (including the patient). It is the backbone of our studies, with all PI's, site personnel, labs & other vendors, CRAs & management team working with Viedoc in a pre-specified role-dependent manner. Easy to use system - no difficulties training sites or new site members. Not a complicated process to learn. Can easily see status of CRFs. Ability for sites to add comments in logistical spaces as well as for the CRA to add their own comments. Never any unusual errors. Quick system.
